Pages Included In Your Social Section
To highlight your brand’s engagement with their consumers across various social networks, we have created the opportunity to display your social content on your brand site! Click on the names below for more details about each page.
Social Wall Page - This template is a dedicated page to display all of a brand’s messaging from any or all of the following social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr. Your consumer can chose to filter the content by social channel if multiple social platforms are displayed. Users can drive directly to this page through the “Stay Connected” link in your site’s global navigation or by clicking on “Social Wall” from the social stream component.
Social Stream Component - This component can be placed on any page within a Canvas site to display your brands’ social content from any or all of the following social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr. The component is available in 33%, 66%, and 100% widths and is responsive across all devices! Users can get involved in the conversation by visiting the brand’s social channel through the “Follow Us” link or by engaging with the posts.
User Generated Content (UGC Social Curation) - With the UGC Social Curation feature, you can curate a campaign of user-generated images from social media such as Twitter and Instagram using the Wyng application. You can display curated UGC campaigns on your Home Page, Product Detail Page, and Article or Campaign pages created using Page Builder. These campaigns can be displayed as either a gallery or a carousel.
Best Practices & Guidelines
The Social Wall and Social Stream should be utilized by brands active on one or more social platform to keep your consumers engaged.
Social Stream should be placed on a relevant page on your site. Prominence on the page should be a consideration when selecting between 33%, 66% or 100% widths available.
